摘要
由于溶胶-凝胶法具有反应温度低、反应达到分子水平上的均匀、工艺简单等优点,目前应用该法制备陶瓷材料已经很普遍。本文在简述溶胶-凝胶法基本原理的基础上,对近年溶胶-凝胶法制备结构陶瓷材料和功能陶瓷材料的研究现状进行了评述,指出了溶胶-凝胶法制备陶瓷材料存在的问题以及今后的主要研究方向。
The sol-gel process has been widely used in the preparation of ceramic materials since it has many advantage such as low reaction temperature,simple technology and the reaction could reach the uniformity of the molecular level,etc.In this paper, the research status of the prepararion of ceramic materials using sol-gel method was reviewed,also the problems and main research directions in the future was pointed out.
