摘要
建立了差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定高纯度硬脂酸凝固点的方法,并优化了实验方法,建立的DSC熔融曲线法为:试样质量5mg,氮气气氛,消除热历史后,以1℃·min^(-1)升温速率升至熔融温度以上20℃,取第二次熔融曲线的峰值作为凝固点。结果表明:与GB/T 9104-2008《工业硬脂酸试验方法》手工法相比,DSC测试结果相当,且DSC法操作简便、样品用量小,测试精密度高和重复性好。
A testing method of solidification point of high purity stearic acid by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)was investigated and optimized.The method was following:after eliminating the thermal history,the sample about 5mg was heated at a rate of 1℃·min^(-1) to the temperature which is 20℃higher than the melting temperature.The peak value of the second melting curve is taken as the solidification point.Comparing with the manual method,the results showed that the DSC method was simpler and faster with smaller sample amount,higher precision and better repeatability.
