摘要
双组份标线涂料长期使用过程中,易受外界环境影响导致耐久性不足。为了提升双组份标线涂料的耐久性,研究在不同抗UV剂含量下其抗剪强度、抗压强度和耐磨性能的变化情况,明确抗UV剂含量对双组份标线涂料力学性能的影响。结果表明,抗UV剂含量为树脂含量的1.5%时,可以最有效地提升双组份标线涂料的耐久性。
Two-component marking was easily affected by the environment,which leads to insufficient durability.In order to improve the durability of the two-component marking,this paper analyzed the changes in the shear strength,compressive strength and abrasion resistance of the two-component prepared with different content of anti-UV agent.The results showed that when the anti-UV agent content was 1.5%of the resin content,the durability of the two-component marking paint can be most eff ectively improved.
