Optimization of Copper-Free Self-Polishing Antifouling Coatings Formulation by Use of Comprehensive Weighted Scoring Method

摘要 以主链降解型丙烯酸锌树脂为主体树脂,选择吡啶硫酮锌(ZPT)和溴代吡咯腈(Econea)为复配防污剂,硫酸钡和石英砂为填料,制备了一种新型无铜自抛光防污涂料。运用正交试验设计方法,研究了涂料配方中颜料体积溶度(PVC)、填料含量、主防污剂用量和m(ZPT):m(Econea)对自制涂层的防污性能、人工海水/去离子水浸泡后附着力、硬度和耐冲击性的影响。通过综合加权评分法计算得到的最优值分别为41%、5%、40%和1:1.5。优化获得的无铜防污涂料力学性能良好,经过6个月浅海挂板试验(防污涂层70μm)初步验证,防污涂料具有良好的防污效果。 A new copper-free self-polishing antifouling coating has been prepared with a main chain degradable zinc acrylate resin as the key resin,and zinc pyrithione(ZPT)and tralopyril(Econea) as the co-bocides,and barium sulfate and quartz sand as the fillers.Orthogonal experimental design method was used to investigate the influence of PVC,fillers amount,main antifouling agent amount and ratio of ZPT/Econea on the antifouling performance,adhesion after seawater/deionized water immersion,hardness and impact resistance of the coatings. The results calculated by use of the comprehensive weighting method showed that the optimal value of pigment volume concentration(PVC),the filler content,the amount of main biocides and the ZPT/Econea ratio were 41%,5%,40% and1∶1. 5,respectively. The copper-free antifouling coatings optimized provided good mechanical properties and better antifouling performance after immersion test in the shallow sea for 6-months(film thickness of antifouling coatings:70 μm).
