Objective To explore the value of attachment gingival reconstruction in oral implant restoration. Methods A study of 86 oral implant restoration patients was selected from February 2018 to February 2020, and they were divided into a control group(n=43, using conventional gingival suture) and an observation group(n=43, using attached gingival reconstruction) at a 1:1 ratio. Statistics of two groups of clinical indicators, clinical efficacy, oral function, reconstruction coordination rate. Results The clinical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of the observation group(97.67%) was higher than that of the control group(83.72%). The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.961 5, P<0.05). The language function(85.61±4.25) points, masticatory function(91.52±3.94)points and occlusal correspondence(88.51±6.91) points in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The reconstruction coordination rate in the observation group(97.67%) was higher than that in the control group(81.40%). The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.080 8, P<0.05). Conclusion Attached gingival reconstruction has a definite effect in oral implant restoration, which can improve its oral function and clinical efficacy.
