无牙颌种植修复长期成功的因素分析 被引量:6

Analysis of long-term success factors for implant-supported rehabilitation in the edentulous cases

摘要 传统的全口义齿因稳定性不佳、支持力不足,常常难以达到理想的修复效果。长期研究表明,无牙颌种植修复可明显提高修复体的稳定性及患者的舒适度,同时可有效减少牙槽骨的吸收,是一种理想的修复方法。本文通过回顾近年发表的文献,同时结合作者的临床心得,探讨并分析影响无牙颌种植修复长期成功的主要因素。 The conventional complete denture with insufficient stability and supportiveness is often difficult to achieve ideal restoration results. Long-term studies have demonstrated that the use of implants can obviously increase the stability and comfort level, and effectively reduce the absorption of alveolar bone, which has a great impact on the prosthodontic treatment for the edentulous patients. In this review,we are going to discuss and analyse the main factors that affect the long-term success for implant-supported rehabilitation in the edentulous cases.
