摘要
目的评价种植义齿技术在口腔修复中的临床应用价值。方法选取2010年8月-2014年7月来我院收治的256例行口腔修复的患者,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组128例采用固定义齿种植,对照组128例采用活动义齿种植,比较观察组和对照组对治疗的满意度、治疗时间及基牙出血指数。结果观察组有5例患者对治疗不满意,满意度为96.09%,对照组18例患者对治疗不满意,满意度为85.94%,两组患者对治疗的满意度具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;观察组口腔颌面部功能恢复正常时间为（5.71±1.35）d,总治疗时间为（8.64±1.87）d,对照组口腔颌面部功能恢复正常时间为（8.29±1.52）d,总治疗时间为（11.43±2.03）d,两组患者口腔颌面部功能恢复正常时间及总治疗时间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组修复前基牙出血指数为（3.37±0.16）,修复后为（1.02±0.31）,对照组修复前基牙出血指数为（3.30±0.22）,修复后为（1.44±0.47）,两组患者基牙出血指数治疗后比治疗前有显著改善,且观察组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论口腔修复过程中采用活动义齿技术疗效好,咀嚼效率高,异物感少,功能恢复更佳,值得在临床上予以推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of implant denture in the mouth restoration. Methods A total of 256 patients with routine dental restoration from August 2010 to July 2014 in our hospital,were divided into observa- tion group and control group at random, 128 cases of the observation group fixed denture implant,128 cases of the control group dentures planting,the satisfaction ,treatment time and abutment bleeding index were compared between two groups. Results The treatment satisfaction of observation group was 96.09% ,the control group was 85.94%, there was a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）;The oral and maxillofaeial function returned to normal time of observation group was （5.71±1.35）d, the total treatment time was （8.64±1.87）d,oral and maxillofacial control function returned to normal time of the control group was （8.29±1.52）d,the total treatment time was （11.43±2.03）d,the difference was statistically significant between two groups （P〈0.05）;The repair abutments bleeding index of obser- vation group before treatment was （3.37±0.16）, after repair was （ 1.02±0.31 ）, repair base dental bleeding index of the control group before treatment was （3.30±0.22）, after repair was （1.44±0.47）,observation group compared with before treatment and the control group improved more obvious after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Oral repair process using good denture technology efficacy,high chewing efficiency, less foreign body sensation, better functional recovery, deserve to be promoted in clinical practice.
