摘要
棉花产业形势和趋势的研究对看清棉花产业发展的未来和推动乡村振兴战略的实施具有重要现实意义。作者通过世界与我国棉花产业贸易形势观察认为,我国棉花产业存在"2020年中国棉花产量列世界第一位,占24%,但棉花产业竞争力有待提高;农业供给侧结构性改革还不够深入,推动农业由增产导向转向提质导向还不明显,棉花产业链增值收益低;产业布局和产业融合不够,主产棉区的产业布局需要完善;企业布局有待优化,企业带动效应有待加强"等问题。这严重制约了棉花产量与品质的提高和棉农收益的提高。因此本文就世界棉花产业贸易形势和趋势全面分析新时代我国棉花产业发展的方向,并根据棉花产业的发展情况提出棉花产业发展所面临的急需解决的问题:为棉花产业发展赋能。
Studying the situation and trend of cotton industry is of great practical significance to see the future of cotton industry development and promote the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Observing the trade situation of the world and China’s cotton industry,it is believed that China’s cotton industry has lots of problems,China’s cotton output ranked first in the world in 2020,accounting for 24%,but the competitiveness of cotton industry needs to be improved.The structural reform on the agricultural supply side is not deep enough,it is not obvious to promote agriculture from increasing production to improving quality,and the value-added income of the cotton industry chain is low.The industrial layout and industrial integration are not enough,and the industrial layout of the main cotton producing areas needs to be improved.The layout of enterprises needs to be optimized and the driving effect of enterprises needs to be strengthened.It has seriously restricted the increase in cotton yield and quality and the increase in the income of cotton farmers.Therefore,based on the world cotton industry trade situation and trend,this paper comprehensively analyzes the development direction of China’s cotton industry in the new era,and puts forward the urgent problems faced by the development of cotton industry according to the development of cotton industry,so as to empower the development of cotton industry.
