人工老化处理对水稻两系不育系及其杂交组合种子活力的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Artificial Ageing Treatment on Seed Vigor of Rice PTGMS Lines and Their Hybrid Combinations

摘要 以两系不育系33S、株1S、隆科618S、C815S及其配组的杂交稻组合和晶两优华占种子为材料,人工老化(RH90%,45℃)处理2、5和8d后测定各样品的含水量、发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数。结果表明,老化处理后的种子含水量均显著上升,但水分含量的短期上升与活力变化没有相关性;不育系相同的杂交稻组合与其不育系种子活力变化规律不完全一致,但父本为华占的杂交组合种子整体上耐储藏性好,老化处理8 d后种子活力无显著变化,说明华占适合用于配制耐储藏的两系杂交稻组合。在配组两系杂交稻组合中,选用耐储藏的双亲,更容易配制出种子耐储藏的杂交稻组合。 With the photoperiod-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS)lines 33S,Zhu 1S,Longke 618S,C815S and their hybrid rice combinations and Jingliangyou Huazhan as the materials,the moisture content,germination potential,germination rate,germination index and vigor index of each sample were tested after 2,5 and 8 days of artificial ageing(RH90%,45℃)treatment.The results showed that the moisture content of seeds increased significantly after the ageing treatment,but the short-term increase in moisture content was not correlated to the change of seed vigor.The hybrid combinations with the same sterile line were not always consistent with the sterile line in the change rule of seed vigor.However,the hybrid combinations of the male parent Huazhan had a good seed storability as a whole,showing an insignificant change in seed vigor after 8 days of ageing treatment,which indicates that Huazhan is suitable for developing two-line hybrid rice combinations with good seed storability.In the breeding of two-line hybrid rice,by use of both parents with good seed storability,it is easier to develop hybrid rice combinations with good storability.
