摘要
标准在自动驾驶汽车技术和产业发展中发挥着基础性和引领性的作用,各国为了在自动驾驶汽车产业占据主导地位都纷纷展开了相应的标准化工作。本文通过对国内外资料的系统收集和整理,梳理了美国、欧盟以及国际标准组织在自动驾驶汽车标准化方面的现状及发展趋势,并对我国自动驾驶汽车标准化现状和问题进行了解析,在此基础上提出了促进跨部门协调合作、完善测试验证标准规范、加速布局网联汽车标准体系、加强国际交流合作等4个方面的对策建议。
Technical standards play a fundamental and leading role in the development of autonomous vehicle technology and the construction of industrial systems. In order to occupy a leading position in the autonomous vehicle industry, various countries have launched substantial standardization work. Through the systematic collection and sorting of domestic and foreign data, this paper sorts out the current situation and development trend of the standardization of autonomous vehicles in the United States, the European Union and the international standards organizations, and analyzes the current situation and problems of the standardization work of China. Based on these analysis, we propose four measures to promote the development of autonomous vehicles, including promote cross-departmental coordination and cooperation, improve testing and verification standards and specifications, accelerate the deployment of the networked automobile standards system, and strengthen international exchanges and cooperation.
