摘要
在“大国小农”的基本国情下,如何为小农户提供适宜的技术服务,实现其和现代农业发展的有机衔接,一直是中国农业技术供给面临的现实问题。本文采用单案例研究方法,对山东丰信农业公司类似“平台经济”的技术供给方式进行深入分析。丰信农业以小农户为服务对象,以技术托管为主要方式,是在土地碎片化的现实制约下实现农业技术服务规模化的典型探索。但是,以其为代表的农业科技服务型企业目前存在交易成本高、资源共享困难、缺乏有效政策支持和技术来源受限等共同问题,需要在政策层面予以关注和解决。
Under the basic national conditions of“large country and small farmers”in China,how to provide appropriate technical services for small farmers and realize their organic connection with the development of modern agriculture has always been a practical problem faced by China s agricultural technology supply.Using the method of single case study,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the technology supply mode of Shandong Fengxin agriculture company similar to“platform economy”.Fengxin agriculture is a typical exploration to realize the scale of agricultural technology services with small farmers as the service object and technology trusteeship as the main way,under the realistic constraints of land fragmentation.However,the agricultural science and technology service-oriented enterprises represented by Fengxin agriculture have common problems such as high transaction cost,difficulty in resource sharing,lack of effective policy support and limited technology sources,it needs to be concerned and solved at the policy level.
