IF钢连续退火中再结晶组织演变的原位观察 被引量:2

摘要 采用高温激光共聚焦显微镜(HT-LSCM)模拟高强度IF钢的连续退火工艺,并原位观察退火工艺中再结晶组织演变规律。结果表明:LSCM原位观察下的组织与静态显微组织有良好的相关性,且温度越高,观察到的晶粒晶界越清楚。随退火保温时间的延长,组织的晶粒等轴度提高,硬度降低;退火温度增高,组织的晶粒尺寸增大,硬度降低;且退火温度对再结晶组织大小和硬度的影响较保温时间大。当试验钢在820℃/120s与840℃/60s退火时已完全再结晶。 The continuous annealing process of high strength IF steel was simulated by high temperature laser confocal microscope(HT-LSCM).The recrystallization microstructure evolution in the annealing process was observed in situ.The results show that,there is a good correlation between the microstructure by LSCM in situ observation and static microstructure.And the higher the temperature is,the clearer the grain boundary is observed.With the prolongation of annealing time,the equiaxing degree of grain increases and the hardness decreases.With the increase of the annealing temperature,the grain size increases and the hardness decreases.The effect of annealing temperature on size and hardness of recrystallization microstructure is greater than that of holding time.When the steel is annealed at 820℃/120 s and 840℃/60 s,it is completely recrystallized.
