摘要
网络社会治理是国家治理体系和治理能力由传统治理向现代治理转型的关键环节,是贯彻落实习近平法治思想的具体体现。网络社会治理以良法善治为宗旨,以人民主体为本质。本文透过“枫桥经验”适用及其所蕴含的人民性,为国家治理体系和治理能力现代化提供价值基准,奠定法治基础。
Network social governance is a key part in the traditional-to-modern transformation of national governance system and governance capabilities,and also a concrete manifestation of the implementation of Xi Jinping’s thought on rule of law.Network social governance,with good and governance its purpose,people as the subject its essence,through the application of the“Maple Bridge Experience”and its implication of people,provides value benchmarks for the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,laying the foundation for the rule of law.
