摘要 为更好控制航空产品的表面质量,对生产中遇到的磁粉检测和渗透检测典型问题进行分析,找出原因,提出解决方案,建立分析问题的方法和途径。用模拟样件或实际样件进行磁粉和渗透检测,在UV-A紫外灯下目测,从零件表面荧光显示的分布、外观和形状探究表面粗糙度、油脂、加工工装、零件显微组织等对显示结果的影响,进一步分析金相组织。结果表明:显示的快速评定可通过目测显示的分布和形状实现;零件表面全部覆盖荧光,显示为表面不干净或粗糙度导致;位置规律出现的显示为结构上的凹槽或配合界面导致。 In order to better control the surface quality of aviation products,the typical problems of magnetic particle testing and penetrant testing encountered in actual production were analyzed. The root causes were found and solutions were put forward,The methods and approaches for analyzing problems were established by testing personnel. Simulation samples or actual production sample were chosen for magnetic powder and penetration testing. Visual observation under UV-A ultraviolet lamp method was used. The effects of surface roughness,surface grease,tooling and microstructure on the display results were investigated from the distribution. The appearance and shape of fluorescent display on the surface of parts,and the metallographic structure were further analyzed. The results show that the rapid and correct evaluation of the display can be achieved by visual observation of the distribution and shape of the display. All the parts surface covered fluorescence shows that the surface is not clean or roughness. The pattern of position appears to be caused by grooves or mating interfaces in the structure.
