摘要
随着机械加工技术的发展,工件的加工更加精密,使用寿命更长,这就对工件的表面质量提出了更高的要求。本文就工件表面质量对其各类使用性能的影响原理进行分析;并对影响工件表面质量的关键因素进行阐述;最后提出机械加工中改善工件表面质量的措施。从以上三个方面对表面质量进行了总结,对以后机械加工中控制工件表面质量有一定的指导意义。
With the development of machining technology,the processing of workpieces is more precise and the service life is longer,which puts forward higher requirements on the surface quality of the workpieces.This article analyzes the principle of the influence of the surface quality of the workpiece on its various performances;expounds the key factors that affect the surface quality of the workpiece;finally,measures to improve the surface quality of the workpiece in mechanical processing are proposed.The surface quality is summarized from the above three aspects,which has certain guiding significance for the control of the surface quality of the workpiece in the future machining.
