全自动油管内径检验规的研制与应用

摘要 在涪陵页岩气田检管作业中,为了保证油管的可通过性,需要对下井前的油管进行检测。针对油管检测作业的要求及特点,采用3D建模及3D打印技术,使用耐热性能优异、成型速度快、热稳定性强、可降解的聚乳酸材料,研制开发全自动油管内径规,有效提升油管在地面通径的效率,降低了油管检测作业成本,减轻了员工的劳动强度,成为油管检测的新“利器”。 In the tubing inspection of the Fuling shale gas field,it is necessary to inspect the tubing prior to running downhole in order to ensure the passability of the tubing.In terms of the requirements and features of the tubing inspection,a full-automatic tubing ID gauge has been developed using 3D modeling and 3D printing technology as well as polylactic acid(PLA)materials featuring heat-resistant performance,fast forming speed,strong heat stability and biodegradation,which effectively improves the efficiency of the tubing drifting at surface,reduces the costs of tubing inspection and mitigate the labor intensity of employees.It has become a new“powerful tool”for tubing inspection.
