摘要
目前医学类高职院校文化构建过程中存在对校园文化内涵挖掘不足、专业特色体现不够鲜明、对校园文化载体设施投入不足、校园文化建设制度保障不充分、学生参与意识不强等问题。医学类高职院校校园文化体系建设可围绕理念文化、制度文化、环境文化、行为文化四个方面进行。以长春医学高等专科学校为例,总结出构建校园文化体系的实践路径,即做好顶层设计、创新载体形式和引导全员参与。
In the current process of cultural construction in medical vocational colleges,there are problems such as insufficient excavation of the connotation of campus culture,insufficient expression of specialty characteristics,insufficient investment in campus cultural carrier facilities,insufficient campus cultural construction system guarantees,and insufficient awareness of student participation.The construction of the campus culture system of medical vocational colleges can be carried out around four aspects:concept culture,system culture,environmental culture,and behavior culture.Taking Changchun Medical College as an example,we summarized the practical path of constructing a campus cultural system,which are doing a good job in top-level design,innovating the carrier form,and guiding all staff to participate.
