摘要
文章从不同角度阐述了强降雨、低能见度、极端温度、大风等恶劣天气对高速公路交通安全造成的影响,并介绍了一种交通气象监测系统。针对系统在建设和运行中存在的一些问题,文章提出了监测站网布局策略、传感器设置方法以及综合分级预警机制。该系统能对道路沿线气象条件进行有效监测,减少因不利气象条件引发的交通事故,为保障高速公路安全提供了坚实的技术支撑。
This paper expounds the influence of severe weather such as heavy rainfall,low visibility,extreme temperature and strong wind on highway traffic safety from different angles,and introduces a traffic meteorological monitoring system.Aiming at some problems existing in the construction and operation of the system,this paper puts forward the layout strategy of monitoring station network,the method of sensor setting and the comprehensive grading early warning mechanism.This system can effectively monitor the meteorological conditions along the road,reduce traffic accidents caused by unfavorable meteorological conditions,and provide solid technical support for ensuring highway safety.
