摘要
目的观察全虫方治疗敏感性皮肤的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择2020年1月—2020年6月在广州紫和堂幸和中医连锁门诊部治疗的80例敏感性皮肤患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组给予全虫方治疗,对照组则给予口服地氯雷他定分散片治疗,4周为1个疗程,比较2组患者治疗前后的主观症状、客观体征评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,与各组治疗前相比,2组患者主观症状和客观体征评分均显著下降(P<0.01),与对照组相比,治疗组患者客观体征评分无显著变化(P>0.05),而主观症状评分显著下降(P<0.01);治疗组患者临床治愈率和治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者均未出现不良反应。结论全虫方治疗敏感性皮肤临床疗效较好,能迅速改善患者的主观症状和客观体征,具有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Quanchong prescription in the treatment of sensitive skin.Methods eighty patients with sensitive skin treated in Guangzhou Zihetang Xinghe Traditional Chinese Medicine Serial Clinic from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Quanchong prescription,and the control group was treated with oral desloratadine dispersive tablets for 4 weeks as a course.Subjective symptoms,objective signs scores,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of 2 groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,compared with before treatment,the scores of subjective symptoms and objective signs in 2 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01),compared with the control group,the scores of objective signs in treatment group had no significant change(P>0.05),but the scores of subjective symptoms were significantly decreased(P<0.01).The clinical cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in 2 groups.Conclusion Quanchong prescription has a clinical curative effect in treatment of sensitive skin.It can rapidly improve the subjective symptoms and objective signs of patients.So it has a good clinical application value.
