摘要
全虫方是著名中医皮外科专家赵炳南先生根据其临床经验并借鉴《外科心法要诀》疏风清热饮创制而成,具有搜风除湿解毒之功,能使侵袭皮毛、肌肉、络脉的风湿邪气透散外达,擅长治疗多种慢性顽固肥厚瘙痒性皮肤病。本文在简要介绍赵老制方思路的基础上,详细说明全虫方的药味组成、用药宜忌、功效主治以及临证加减应用法则。结合文献报道说明全虫方在皮肤科的应用,并分享了赵老应用全虫方治疗神经性皮炎及老年皮肤瘙痒症的经验。针对"风湿与血气相搏"这一皮肤病的经典病机,结合全虫方探讨了不同药物对风湿侵袭外在五体不同部位的对治之法,以期能更好地理解和运用全虫方。
Quanchong Prescription,formulated by Dr. Zhao Bingnan,a famous Traditional Chinese Medicine expert of dermatology,was composed according to Shufengqingre Decoction recorded in ＂ Key of Surgery＂. It is featured by eliminating mixed wind and dampness from collaterals and detoxification. It could dispel mixed wind-dampness which invaded into skin,muscle and collaterals and was good at treating a variety ofchronic stubborn hypertrophic and itching skin disease such as pruritus,neurodermatitis,prurigo nodularis and so on. In addition to brief introduction,this paper gives a detailed description of composition,compatibility and incompatibility of it. At the same time,efficacy and rules of clinical addition and subtraction of Quanchong Prescription were stated. Combined with the literature reports,it expounds the application of Quanchong Prescription in dermatology,and shares the experience of Dr. Zhao in application of Quanchong Prescription in treating neurodermatitis and skin pruritus. In view of classic mechanism named ＂ Qi and Blood disturbed by Mixed Wind and Dampness＂,the author introduced different herbs selected according to symptom and signs appearing in different parts of body invaded by mixed wind-damoness,which could lead to better understanding and better use of Quanchong Prescription.
