摘要
我国的科技水平在快速发展,并且通过运用信息技术能促使现代企业的管理质量和效率都得到显著提升。而对当前的施工企业而言,不断地加强成本管理信息化建设,不仅能对项目建设成本进行有效控制,还有利于资金管理水平得到一定提升,确保企业处于良好的运转状态。该文首先从施工企业成本管理信息化的重要性进行探讨,并详细分析了施工企业成本管理信息化的具体应用,最后指出加强施工企业成本管理信息化建设的有效路径。
The level of science and technology in China is developing rapidly,and through the use of information technology,the management quality and efficiency of modern enterprises can be significantly improved.For the current construction enterprises,the continuous strengthening of cost management information construction can not only effectively control the construction cost of the project,but also help improve the level of capital management to ensure that the enterprise is in good operating condition.This paper first discusses the importance of cost man‐agement informatization in construction enterprises,then analyzes the specific application of construction enterprise cost management informationization in detail,and finally points out the effective path to strengthen the construction of cost management informatization in construction enterprises.
