摘要
为了更好地发挥田径项目在提升学生体质健康水平中的优势,让更多的学生喜欢田径项目,结合田径课程改革方向,试将趣味性教学应用到田径教学中。让多元化的趣味性教学成为新的教学形式,让更多的学生喜欢田径课程,并主动参与到田径项目锻炼中,提升身体素质,养成终身体育的意识。该文立足于高校田径课堂教学,对趣味性教学法在田径教学中的具体应用进行了详细的研究和分析。
In order to give better play to the advantages of track and field events in improving students'physical health level and make more students like track and field events,combined with the direction of track and field curriculum reform,this paper tries to apply interesting teaching to track and field teaching.Let diversified interesting teaching become a new teaching form,let more students like track and field courses,take the initiative to participate in track and field exercise,improve physical fitness,develop the awareness of lifelong sports.Based on the classroom teaching of track and field in colleges and universities,this paper makes a detailed study and analysis of the specific application of interesting teaching method in track and field teaching.
