摘要
职业教育是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要组成部分,是广大青年打开通往成功成才大门的重要途径。产教融合使学生通过在校基础知识学习与参与企业实习,掌握相应的基础理论知识、职业操作技能与职业素养,以适应企业对人才的需求。在现今市场经济体制下,产教融合正向多元化、市场化、国际化的趋势推进,校企合作模式有待进一步改革发展以适应新趋势。
Vocational education plays a vital role in national education system and human resource field,one through which hosts of vocational trainees are supposed to achieve their success.Integration between industry and education enables students to put basic knowledge they have learned at school into practice through internship in enterprises.By doing so,they can masterbasic theories,practical operation skills and profession qualities to qualify themselves for future jobs.Under the current market mechanism,integration is supposed to be diversified,market-based and globalized,thus causing cooperation between enterprises and colleges to be improved to fit in with the new trend.
