摘要
市场经济条件下,高等职业教育校企合作的本质是博弈的过程。现行制度下,校企合作博弈的社会总体收益尚未达到最优,存在帕累托改进的空间;需要通过适当的制度安排、变革校企之间的资源配置、构建校企合作的长效机制,实现校企合作的帕累托最优。
The essence of school-enterprise cooperation is the transaction in the market economy. The cooperation is a game process. Under the current system, the overall social benefits of school-enterprise game has not been implemented the optimal and exists room for Pareto improvement. In order to achieve Pareto optimum of school-enterprise game, it needs constructing an effective mechanism through appropriate institutional arrangements and changes the allocation of resources between schools and enterprises.
