摘要
本文概括了肾脏钙的代谢及调节因素,有利临床诊疗中对高尿钙病因的理解;同时本文回顾了高钙尿症的原因、临床识别及治疗,尤其概括了罕见病因的概述及强调了营养、药物等影响因素及相关的治疗指导。
This article summarizes the metabolic and regulatory factors of renal calcium,which is beneficial to the understanding of the etiology of hypercalciuria.And the causes,clinical identification and treatment of hypercalciuria were also be reviewed.In particular,the rare etiology was summarized and the influencing factors,such as nutrition and drugs,and related treatment guidance were emphasized.
