摘要
目的探讨传染病暴发战时状态中个人防护技能培训效果及管理模式的运用。方法选取2021年6月25日—2021年7月1日参与个人防护技能培训考核的183名工作人员为研究对象,培训团队对研究对象实施个人防护技能培训和考核,统计易错点构成比和不同岗位合格率,并运用卡方检验进行统计学分析。结果医务人员扣分小于后勤人员扣分,结果有统计学差异(P<0.05)。医务人员中医师、护士、技师三者考核情况有统计学差异(P<0.05),其中护士扣分低于医师(P<0.05),护士与技师,医师与技师之间扣分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论制定个人防护技能培训和考核相关制度并规范管理,针对易错点持续改进,可短期内提高工作人员个人防护的技能水平,加强其防控意识及责任感,为以后的院内感染防控的高效培训奠定方向。
Objective To explore the effect of personal protection skill training and the application of management mode during the outbreak of infectious diseases.Methods A total of 183 staff members who participated in personal protection skill training and examination from June 25,2021 to July 1,2021 were selected as the research subjects.The training team trained and assessed the research subjects about personal protection skills.The constituent ratio of fallible links in the training and the qualification rate of different posts were calculated and analyzed with Chi-square test.Results The deducted score of medical staff was significantly less than that of logistics staff(P<0.05).There were significant statistical differences in the deducted scores among TCM physicians,nurses and medical technicians(P<0.05),in which the deducted score of the nurses was significantly less than that of the doctors(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the deducted scores between the nurses and medical technicians,TCM physicians and medical technicians(P>0.05).Conclusion Such measures as establishing the relevant system of personal protection skill training and assessment,standardizing its management,and carrying out continuous development of fallible links in the training can improve the personal protection skills of staff in a short term,strengthen their awareness of prevention and control and their sense of responsibility so as to lay direction for the future efficient training of nosocomial infection prevention and control.
