摘要
文章总结了我国护士分层次使用管理中护士各层次设置和划分依据、工作内容和职责界定、绩效考核等方面的研究现状,分析指出现阶段护士分层次使用管理存在的问题,即缺乏统一的层级划分依据、各层次护士职责范围和工作内容界定不清楚、护士分层次绩效考核指标未按护士层次严格划分,提出制订统一的层级设置和层级划分依据、严格界定不同层次护士的职责范围和工作内容、建立护士分层次绩效考核指标和薪酬体系等建议。
This paper summarized the research progress of hierarchical use and management on level setting, criteria, work contents, responsibilities and perfomaance evaluation. In this article, the problems in hierarchical use and management were analyzed, such as lack of uniform criteria of level setting, unclear responsibility scope and work contents among different levels, disordered perfomaance evaluation indicators. At last, some strategies were put forward including developing uniform criteria of level setting, formulating clear responsibilities and work content, establishing performance evaluation indicators and income distribution system according the levels.
