摘要
当钻遇硅质白云岩地层时,由于对PDC钻头齿破碎硅质白云岩地层的规律认识不清、选齿的盲目性,造成钻头出现打滑、崩齿、使用寿命短等问题。文章对可钻性级值为6.8级的硅质白云岩进行了常规齿、斧形齿及三棱齿的单齿破岩效率实验。通过实验结果发现,在相同切削条件下,斧形齿吃入岩石的深度最大,在切削岩石的过程中受到的切向力最小,发生粘滑振动的概率更低;其次为三棱齿;常规齿吃入岩石的深度最小,受到的切向力最大,发生粘滑振动的概率更高。其中,常规齿受到的切向力标准值是斧形齿的2.6倍,三棱齿受到的切向力标准值是斧形齿的1.7倍。通过对斧形齿破岩规律研究,斧刃角110°、直径13 mm的斧形齿的后倾角设置为15°时破岩效率最高。研究结果对适用于硅质白云岩地层PDC钻头切削齿的选型和钻头优化设计提供了重要依据。
When drilling in siliceous dolomite formation,due to the unclear understanding of the law of PDC cutter breaking dolomite and the blindness of cutter selecting,resulting in problems such as bit slipping,broken teeth,short service life and so on.In this paper,the single cutter rock breaking efficiency experiments of conventional cutter,axe cutter and triangular cutter are carried out for siliceous dolomite with drillability grade of 6.8.The results show that:under the same cutting conditions,the depth of axe shaped PDC cutter cutting into the rock is the largest while receiving the smallest tangential force and with lower probability of stick/slip vibration,followed by triangular cutter,and the cutting depth of conventional cutter is the smallest but with the largest tangential force and higher probability of stick/slip vibration.The standard value of tangential foree on conventional PDC cutter is 2.6 times of that on axe shaped PDC cutter,and that on triangular cutter is 1.7 times of that on axe shaped PDC cutter.Through the research on rock breaking law of axe cutter,the rock breaking efficiency is the highest when the rake angle of axe shaped cutter is set as 15 degree with the axe cutter of 110 degree of edge angle and 13mm diameter.The research results provide an important basis for the optimization of PDC bit and the selection of cutter suitable for siliceous dolomite formation.
