BIT OPTIMIZATION BASED ON LABORATORY EXPERIMENT IN NAPPE-TYPE SECTION OF MOUNTAIN FRONT FORMATION

摘要 在钻井中,钻遇山前构造推覆体段以花岗岩为主的岩石时,极易发生钻具断损及钻头磨损加剧的情况。在实验分析山前构造的地层岩性特征的基础上,论述了钻具断损与钻头选型的关系,进行了两种牙轮钻头钻进的室内实验研究。实验结果表明,不同的钻头选型将直接影响钻柱振动的强弱,采用合适的钻头型号将减轻井下事故的产生。 If the main rock is hard granite when penetrated into nappe-type section of mountain front formation,it's often to take place down hole accidents such as drill string breaking and drill bit wearing very quickly.In this paper,the property of rock components is analyzed based on the laboratory test,and the relationship between these accidents and bit selection is also analyzed.The experiment is made which simulates drilled rock by two kind of cone bits.The result shows that different bits cause the vibration level of drill string directly,and a suitable bit type could reduce the rate of accidents.In this paper,the conclusion is used to optimize bit selection in a drilling case.
