摘要 大跨径桁架钢桥采用拖拉式顶推施工具有比较明显的社会经济效益,应用在高速公路改扩建工程中具有一定优势。但拖拉式顶推施工步骤多,拖拉过程中体系转换频繁,可能出现施工安全问题。本文以京沪高速公路改扩建工程北澄子大桥为背景,针对拖拉式顶推大跨径钢桁架桥梁的施工流程,详细分析了不同滑块设置方案对钢桥拖拉施工过程受力和施工安全性的影响。根据大桥实际的施工流程,提出改进滑块布置的原则,并提出了相应的改进滑块布置方案,改善了结构施工过程中的受力,保证了主体桥梁结构的安全。 It has obvious social and economic benefits to adopt the drag-type pushing construction in long-span steel truss bridges and has obvious advantages in the reconstruction and expansion project of the expressway.Nevertheless,the dragging pushing construction method is composed of multiple construction stages and the conversion of structural system is frequent,which might cause some safety problems.Taking Beichengzi Bridge,the reconstruction and expansion project of Beijing-Shanghai expressway as the engineering background,this paper focuses on the construction process of dragging pushing constriction in long-span steel truss bridges,and analyzes the influence of different slide block arrangement schemes on the mechanical performance,as well as the safety of the steel bridges in dragging construction.According to the actual construction process of the bridge,the principle of improving the layout of the sliding block is proposed,and the corresponding improvement of the sliding block arrangement plan is proposed,which improves the force during the construction of the structure and ensures the safety of the main bridge structure.
