摘要
目前,我国正处在人口加速老龄化阶段,由此引发的养老问题已经成为关乎国计民生的大事,同时老龄人口的不断增长也给城市规划提出了新要求,养老设施的合理布局成为新时期城市规划工作的重点。为更好地满足老年人养老的实际生活需要,提升老年人的生活质量,文章分析了我国人口老龄化的特点,即老年人口增长迅猛、人口老龄化与社会经济发展水平不协调等,探讨了由人口老龄化引发的居住问题和养老、医疗机构不足,健身、休闲和文化娱乐场所缺乏等城市规划问题,并针对人口老龄化的发展和需求,提出了人口老龄化加速背景下城市规划的应对策略。
At present,our country is in a stage of accelerated population aging.The elderly care issues caused by this have become a major issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.At the same time,the continuous growth of the elderly population has also put forward new requirements for urban planning.The rational layout of elderly care facilities has become the focus of urban planning in the new era.In order to better meet the actual life needs of the elderly,and to improve the quality of life of the elderly,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the population aging in our country,namely the rapid growth of the elderly population,the incoordination of the aging population and the level of socio-economic development,etc.,and discusses a series of urban planning issues caused by the aging of the population,such as the lack of housing,elderly care,medical institutions,fitness,leisure and culture.In response to the development and needs of population aging,the paper proposes the strategies for urban planning under the background of accelerated population aging.
