摘要
目的观察王捷虹教授自拟健脾止泻法内服外敷一体化治疗功能性腹泻的临床效果。方法采用随机平行对照方法,将2018年6月至2019年5月陕西中医药大学附属医院消化内科门诊收治的80例功能性腹泻患者分为对照组与试验组,各40例。对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀治疗,试验组给予健脾止泻汤及温中止泻贴治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分及Bristol大便性状分型评分、心理状态。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的中医证候积分及Bristol大便性状分型评分均较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾止泻汤内服联合温中止泻贴外敷治疗功能性腹泻的效果显著,可改善患者中医证候及心理状态,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Professor Wang Jiehong's self-made Jianpi Zhixie method with integrated oral and external application in the treatment of functional diarrhea.Methods Using the randomized parallel control method,80 patients with functional diarrhea treated in the gastroenterology department clinic of the affiliated hospital of Shaanxi university of Chinese medicine from June 2018 to May 2019 were divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trimebutine maleate,and the experimental group was treated with Jianpi Zhixie decoction and Wenzhong Zhixie plaster.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,Bristol stool trait typing score and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than 72.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and Bristol stool trait typing score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Zhixie decoction combined with Wenzhong Zhixie plaster is effective in the treatment of functional diarrhea,it can improve the traditional Chinese medical syndrome and psychological state of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
