摘要
OBE理念采用成果导向,依据学生特点,定义人才培养目标,由此设计课程目标和教学策略。以“网络设备管理”课程为例,采用信息化教学和多维度评价方式,构建OBE理念下信息化模块教学模式,打造个性化课堂,培养适应新时代发展的复合型技能人才。
The result oriented OBE theory is to specify the objectives of the program and devise teaching plans and strategies according to students'characteristics.Taking the course of"network equipment management"as an example,the information-based teaching strategies and multi-dimensional evaluation methods are used to construct the modular teaching mode under the OBE concept,in which personalized classroom can be designed for cultivating compound-skilled students who can adapt to the development of the new era.
