摘要
为有效解决目前PLC教学中存在的教学软硬件更新滞后、教学项目缺乏创新、教学方式不够灵活、学生学习积极性不高等问题,提出了采用全虚拟和虚实结合两种PLC教学交互方案。教学实践表明,组态仿真的虚拟控制对象,可以逼真地显示复杂控制系统的动态控制过程,减轻教师对教学硬件设施与场地的依赖,提高学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的编程能力、实践动手能力和创新能力,提高人才培养质量。
In order to effectively solve the problems in PLC teaching,such as the outdated teaching hardware and software,the lack of innovation in teaching projects,the inflexibility of teaching methods and the low rate of involvement of students,two ways of interactive teaching modes,fully virtual and virtual-real are proposed.Practice shows that the virtual control object with configuration simulation can vividly display the dynamic control process of complex control system,make teachers less dependent on teaching hardware and teaching sites,arouse students'interest in learning,cultivate students'ability in programming,practice and innovation thus to raise the standard of competency of college graduates.
