摘要 液体活检是一种非侵袭性的技术手段,主要以患者体液中的生物标志物代替肿瘤组织进行检测分析。循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)是一类从肿瘤原发灶或转移灶中分离出来的、随血液循环扩散至远处器官并定植生长的特殊肿瘤细胞。CTC作为液体活检的代表,可提供大量肿瘤相关信息、有效反映肿瘤异质性的特点、实时监测肿瘤的发展。近年来,CTC检测在鼻咽癌的早期诊断、辅助分期、疗效评价、预后判断以及个体化治疗方案制订等方面均取得一定进展。基于CTC的表型分析可识别针对鼻咽癌的潜在靶点,因此CTC可作为未来监测鼻咽癌精准治疗的重要生物标志物。 Liquid biopsy is a non-invasive technique,which mainly uses biomarkers in patients′body fluids instead of tumor tissues for detection and analysis.Circulating tumor cells(CTC)are a kind of special tumor cells which are isolated from the primary or metastatic focus of the tumor and spread to distant organs and colonized with the blood circulation.As the representative of liquid biopsy,CTC can provide a lot of tumor-related information,effectively reflect the characteristics of tumor heterogeneity,and monitor the development of tumors in real time.In recent years,CTC detection has made some progress in the early diagnosis,auxiliary staging,curative effect evaluation,prognosis judgment and individualized treatment plan formulation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Phenotypic analysis based on CTC can identify potential targets for nasopharyngeal carcinoma,so CTC can be used as an important biomarker for monitoring accurate treatment of NPC in the future.
