摘要
一种特泊替尼关键中间体的合成研究。以3,6-二氯哒嗪为起始物料经取代、偶联、水解制备特泊替尼关键中间体,结构经^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR and LC-MS确认。对合成过程进行相关温度、反应比、时间和溶剂的优化,经^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR and LC-MS确认为目标化合物。该操作过程简单、反应温和,收率、纯度较高,具有良好的参考价值。
The synthesis of a key intermediate of terbotinib was described in this paper.The key intermediate of terbotinibwas was prepared by substitution,coupling and hydrolysis with 3,6-dichloropyridazine as raw material,and its structure was confirmed by ^(1)HNMR,^(13)C-NMR and LC-MS.The reaction temperature,reaction ratio,time and solvent were optimized in the synthesis process,and the target compound was confirmed by ^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR and LC-MS.This process was simple in operation,mild in reaction,and high in yield and purity,so it had good reference value.
