摘要
以三甲基氯硅烷、乙酰胺为原料,三乙胺为缚酸剂,选用2,6-二甲基苯胺为主催化剂、咪唑为辅助催化剂,双催化合成医药中间体N,O-双(三甲基硅基)乙酰胺。通过优化反应条件,实现一种N,O-双(三甲基硅基)乙酰胺双催化的绿色合成方法。
Using trimethylchlorosilane and acetamide as the raw material,triethylamine as the acid binding agent,2,6-dimethylaniline as the main catalyst and imidazole as the auxiliary catalyst,the pharmaceutical intermediate N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide was synthesized by a dual catalytic method.Then,a green synthesis method with N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide dual catalysis is realized by optimizing the reaction conditions.
