摘要
“一村多名大学生计划”是贯彻落实乡村振兴战略的一项惠民工程,其实施效果如何,备受社会关注。文章利用问卷调查获取数据,从学生角度出发,调查学生对参加“一村多计划”学习的满意度,通过多因素分析,发现“一村多计划”在专业和课程设置、教学和学生管理等方面存在的问题并提出发展建议,进而推动“一村多计划”及其后续其他农村实用人才队伍培养工作高质量发展。
The"More than One College Students in the Village Program"is a project benefiting the people to implement the rural revitalization strategy.The effect of its implementation has attracted much attention from the society.This paper uses questionnaire surveys to obtain data.From the perspective of students,this article investigates students'satisfaction with participating in the"More than One College Students in the Village Program"study.Through multi-factor analysis,it is found that there are some problems existing in the"More than One College Students in the Village Program"in major and curriculum settings,teaching and student management.In order to promote the high-quality development of the"More than One College Students in the Village Program"and other rural practical talent teams in the future,the paper puts forward development suggestions.
