摘要
随着电大系统内外环境的变化,电大系统运行机制越来越暴露出僵化的弊端。要巩固和发展电大系统,维护电大系统的整体功能和优势,必须创新电大系统运行机制,优化教学管理模式,建立内在激励机制,强化内部约束机制,提高自主适应能力,健全宏观调控措施,深化信息传导机制。
In this era of rapid change in system context, we increasingly find the drawbacks of current system operational mechanism in open education. To solve such kind of problems.; we need to make great efforts on the following aspects, including system innovation, teaching mode, incentive mechanism, self-regulating mechanism and so on.
