摘要
目的对某院门诊2020年期间门诊处方进行点评,并分析其用药合理性。方法2020年1—12月期间,每月抽取门诊处方100张,全年共1200张,并对处方类型、不合理用药进行汇总分析。结果2020年期间,所抽取的门诊处方每张平均处方金额为339元,平均用药种数为2.67种;其中基础药品最多,每月平均占比为59.78%,注射剂、抗菌药分别占比17.61%、17.41%;处方合格率为93.25%。在81份不合理处方中,用药不适宜占85.19%、不规范处方占比14.81%,无超常处方。结论该院门诊部处方不合理情况普遍,用药不适宜占比最多,医院应加强医生药品使用规范管理、提高门诊用药合理水平。
Objective To comment on the outpatient prescriptions of a hospital during 2020,and analyze the rationality of their medications.Methods From January to December 2020,100 outpatient prescriptions were drawn every month,totaling 1200 copies throughout the year,and the types of prescriptions and unreasonable drug use were analyzed.Results During 2020,the average prescription amount for each outpatient prescription sampled was 339 yuan,and the average number of prescriptions drug used was 2.67.Among them,basic drugs accounted for the most,with an average monthly proportion of 59.78%.Injections and antibacterial drugs accounted for 17.61%,17.41%;the prescription pass rate was 93.25%.Among the 81 irrational prescriptions,85.19%were unsuitable prescriptions,14.81%were irregular prescriptions,and there were no unusual prescriptions.Conclusion Irrational prescriptions in the outpatient department of this hospital are common,and unsuitable medication accounts for the largest proportion.The hospital should strengthen the management of doctors'standardized drug use and improve the rational level of outpatient medication.
