摘要
通过搜索古医籍和现代医家临床经验,总结出地骨皮具有以下特点:汤剂用量为10~30 g,丸散剂用量为0.37~1.38 g,外用剂量为12 g。根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳用量,如凉血除蒸泻热,治疗肺热咳嗽、低热、口腔溃疡时,汤剂常用剂量为10~20 g,丸散剂常用剂量为0.37~1.38 g,外用剂中常使用12 g;凉血敛阴,清热泻火治疗IgA肾病血尿、急性血崩、耳鸣时,汤剂常用剂量为15~30 g;滋阴清热治疗糖尿病、盗汗时,汤剂常用剂量为20~30 g。根据疾病、证型及症状配伍相应中药,如凉血除蒸,泻热配伍桑白皮、牡丹皮、知母等;凉血敛阴,清热泻火配伍黄连、黄柏、白芍等;滋阴清热配伍桑叶、天花粉、生地黄等。
Through searching the clinical experience from ancient medical books and of modern doctors,it is concluded that Chinese wolfberry root-bark has the following characteristics:Its dosage range in decoction is 10-30 g,in pills or powders 0.37-1.38 g,and for external usage 12 g.Its best dosage should be determined according to different diseases,syndrome types or symptoms.For instance,when used for cooling blood to clear hectic heat in the treatment of cough with lung heat syndrome,low fever and oral ulcers,its common dosage in decoction is 10-20 g,and its common dosage in pills or powders is 0.37-1.38 g,while 12 g is often used in external preparations.For cooling blood to astringe yin and clearing heat-fire to treat IgA nephropathy with hematuria,acute hemorrhage,and tinnitus,its common dosage in decoction is 15-30 g.For nourishing yin and clearing heat to treat diabetes and night sweating,its usual dosage in decoction is 20-30 g.Chinese wolfberry root-bark is compatible with corresponding Chinese medicines according to varying diseases,syndrome types or symptoms.For example,for cooling blood to clear hectic heat,it is combined with white mulberry root-bark,tree peony root bark,common anemarrhena rhizome,etc.For cooling blood to astringe yin and clearing heat-fire,it is combined with golden thread,amur cork-tree,debark peony root,etc.For nourishing yin and clearing heat,it is combined with mulberry leaf,snakegourd root,unprocessed rehmannia root,etc.
