摘要
政治生态学和压实"两种责任"的融合作为一个重大的学术问题可以从融合可能性、顶层设计、实践路径三个相关维度开展:落实"两种责任"本身的系统性决定了政治生态学涉及的可能性;作为以马克思主义为指导的大国,从顶层设计入手,设定马克思主义政治哲学的生态理念为解决上述问题的根本导向;基于以理念为导向、总结成果、直击问题,引入政治生态学理念,对压实两个责任提出局部生态污染治理的生态化解决建议。
As a major topic for academic inquiry the integration of political ecology and the solidifying of the “Two Responsibilities”(Major Entity Responsibility and Supervision Responsibility)can be approached from three related dimensions: the possibility of integration, top-level design, and the path of practice. The systematic nature of the implementation of the “Two Responsibilities” determines the possibility for the engagement of political ecology;as a major country guided with Marxism, starting from the top-level design, China has set the ecological concept of Marxist political philosophy as the fundamental orientation to solve the above-mentioned problems;based on the idea-oriented solutions, by crystallizing achievements, directly tackling the problems, introducing the concept of political ecology, we can put forward ecological solutions for the treatment of local ecological pollution for the solidifying of “Two Responsibilities”.
