摘要
政治系统论和政治生态论的提出改变了传统政治学理论研究的范式。当代中国学术界对生态与政治之间关系的理论研究,大致经历了生态政治论、生态马克思主义、政治生态论、廉政生态论这样四个研究发展阶段。党的十八大以来,国内学界对于政治生态的研究内容更加注重于探索以正风反腐为特征的政治生态重构问题;政治生态和廉政生态研究方法坚持运用唯物辩证法和生态学基本原理和方法,同时综合运用系统论和控制论研究方法、结构—功能研究方法和比较研究方法。国内政治生态研究在借鉴西方政治生态理论研究经验和方法的基础上,力求与中国特色社会主义政治建设实践相结合,表现出三个研究特色:拓宽了国内政治学研究视角,改变了中国传统政治学思维模式;唤醒了人们对政治生态污染的关注,探索政治发展与社会环境之间的生态联动;深化了反腐败领域的政治学研究,为当前党风廉政建设提供理论借鉴。当代中国重构政治生态应注重吸纳政治生态学中系统思维智慧和理论原理;在重构政治生态的实践中,要处理好政治系统内部生态与政治系统外部生态的协调平衡;要以全面从严治党为抓手正党风,净化党内政治生态;以清正党风带政风,建设廉洁政府,净化国家机关政治生态;以清正党风政风促民风,营造风清气正的社会风气。
Political ecology theory changes the paradigm of the traditional political theory. Since its introduction into China,political ecology theory has gone through three stages: the ecological politics,the ecological Marxism and the political ecology research. Since the 18 th national congress of the CPC,the domestic political ecology research has focused on the reconstruction of the political ecology with corruption as a breakthrough. The domestic political ecology research adheres to the materialist dialectics and the ecology's basic principles,comprehensively using the system control,the structure function and the comparative research methods. The domestic political ecology research has three characteristics: broadening the domestic political science perspective,and changing thinking mode of the traditional politics; arousing the attention to the political ecology crisis,and exploring the ecological linkage of the politics and the social environment; deepening the study of political anti-corruption field,and providing a theoretical reference for the anti-corruption. Reconstruction of the political ecology should absorb the wisdom of the ecological theory,the methodology and the domestic preliminary study. In the reconstruction practice,we should handle the coordination and the balance between the small and large ecology. Tightening party discipline overall is the key to rectifying the party,thereby to purify the inner-party political ecology and to create a pure and positive social atmosphere.
