摘要 针对陵水17-2平台船体建造施工周期短、施工区域无龙门吊、舱壁薄难以设置大吨位吊点等施工难点,根据项目工期、船体场地布置和设备情况,设计SPMT轴线车+云轨车运输、浮吊吊装、履带吊吊装3种总段合拢技术,SPMT轴线车+云轨车合拢技术应用于3000 t级的L型总段、浮吊合拢技术应用于靠海侧总段、履带吊合拢技术应用于远离码头侧总段,3种合拢技术联合施工,提高了合拢效率。 In view of the construction difficulties of LS17-2 hull,such as short construction period,no gantry crane and large-tonnage lifting point is hard to install on thin bulkhead,three methods for block erection were designed to take into account of project schedule,site and construction equipment,including using SPMT and cloud-rail vehicle,floating crane and crawler crane.The SPMT and cloud-rail vehicle were applied to the 3000 t L-shape block erection,the floating crane was applied to the block erection near the seaside and the crawler crane was applied to the block erection far away from the wharf.The combined application of the three erection methods greatly improved the construction efficiency and ensured the completion of the project on time.
