摘要 根据船体Tribon模型,运用MSC Patran建立舷侧总段的有限元分析模型,分析总段在吊装定位时定位焊布置的结构强度。通过计算机模拟,可以确定应力分布和结构变形。根据其特点,提出了合理有效的改进措施,为分段吊装定位焊布置提供了依据。有限元分析计算的结果,可用于指导船舶分段吊装定位焊布置的设计和优化,提高船舶建造的效率。 According to the Tribon model,analysing the tacking welding strength during erection of assemble block using the finite element analysis model of side shell assemble block which established by MSC patran. Confirm the stress distribution and structural deformation through computer simulation. According to its characteristics, come up with the effective and improvement measures which could he the basis and theory of tacking welding arrangement when do erection work. The result of FEM analysis can be used to guide the design and improvement work of tacking welding arrangement during erection. Also it can improve the efficiency of shipbuilding.
