摘要
为改善透水路面水泥混凝土的强度,发挥活性剂在混凝土中的最大效用,在水泥和集料中添加不同掺量的硅灰,并通过室内试验得出混凝土的力学性能.试验结果表明,当混合料中硅灰含量<6%时,混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度与硅灰含量正相关,且掺量在3%至5%范围内时,混凝土强度增幅较为显著;当硅灰含量>6%时,强度随之降低;硅粉含量为6%左右时混凝土的7和28 d抗压强度最大值分别为22.3和26.4 MPa,7 d抗折强度最大值为2.57 MPa;新拌透水路面混凝土中添加5%的硅灰和3%具有保水增粘作用的专用减水剂(含10%羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC))时,透水效果较好.
In order to improve the strength of permeable pavement cement concrete and give full play to the maximum effect of surfactant in concrete,different amounts of silica fume are added to cement and aggregate,and the mechanical properties of concrete are obtained through laboratory tests.The test results show that when the content of silica fume in the mixture is less than 6%,the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete are positively correlated with the content of silica fume,and the strength of concrete increases significantly when the content of silica fume is in the range of 3%to 5%.When the silica fume content is more than 6%,the strength decreases accordingly.When the content of silica fume is about 6%,the maximum 7 and 28 d compressive strength of concrete are 22.3 and 26.4 MPa,respectively,and the maximum 7 d flexural strength is 2.57 MPa.When 5%silica fume and 3%special water reducer(containing 10%hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether(HPMC))are added to the fresh permeable pavement concrete,the water permeability is better.
