摘要
研究了0—4.75 mm颗粒的比例,粗集料最大粒径以及9.5—4.75 mm颗粒在粗集料中的比例对多孔混凝土透水基层抗压强度的影响。研究表明:即使多孔混凝土透水基层的水泥用量仅150 kg/m3,当4.75 mm通过率控制为10%—15%的条件下,所配制的多孔混凝土透水基层不仅具有较高的强度,还具备了良好的透水性能;最大粒径增加,强度降低,透水性增加;粗集料的9.5 mm通过率控制在20%左右时,颗粒粒子之间基本没有干涉,配制的多孔混凝土透水基层强度最大。
The aggregate gradation of the porous concrete is significant factor which determines the property of it. The effects of the proportion of 0--4.75 mm particle, the maximum size of the coarse aggregate and the proportion of the 9.5-- 4.75 mm particle in the coarse aggregate on the properties of the porous concrete are investigated in this paper. Result indicated that: the porous concrete with only 150 kg/m^3 cement has high strength and satisfying permeability when the aggregate has a passing ratio of 4.75 mm around 10 %--15 %, with the increase of the maximum size of the aggregate, the strength of the aggregate increases and the permeability decrease. When the proportion of the 9.5--4.75 mm paticle in the coarse aggregate is about 20%, there are no interference among the particles, the strength of the pervious porous concrete reach it highest strength.
