摘要
扩大中等收入群体规模已成为全面提升国民消费需求,加快推进“双循环战略”的重要抓手。文章以安徽城镇居民为研究对象,在厘清中间、中等收入群体划分标准的基础上,基于2016-2019年安徽省统计数据对中等收入群体现状特征和成长困境进行了系统分析。研究结果表明,中等收入群体内部与全国同期相比均具较大差距;同时还存在着收入来源单一,消费不足,收入结构不合理,群体存在萎缩等诸多问题。文章提出了优化创业就业环境,保障生产要素合理分配等培育安徽城镇中等收入群体的建议。
Expanding the size of the middle-income group has become an important way to comprehensively increase national consumption demand and accelerate the dual circulation strategy.Taking the urban residents in Anhui Province as the research object,this paper clarifies the median-income group and middle-income group,and systematically analyzes the current situation and dilemma of the middle-income group in Anhui Province on the basis of empirical data from 2016 to 2019.The results show that there is a large gap within the middle-income group in Anhui Province and the income level is much lower than the national average level in the study period.There exist some problems such as single income source,insufficient consumption,unreasonable income structure,shrinking population and so on.This paper puts forward some suggestions on cultivating urban middle-income group in Anhui Province,including optimizing the entrepreneurship and employment environment and ensuring the rational distribution of production factors.
