基于工业机器人的气缸盖碗型塞压装工艺开发

摘要 为提高气缸盖碗型塞压装效率和压装质量,研究机器人代替传统专机压装碗型塞工艺。采用计算机虚拟仿真技术,设计机器人压装碗型塞所需夹具、夹具支撑装置等必需设备;根据生产线现场实际情况设计机器人压装碗型塞工艺总体布局。分析机器人压装碗型塞详细流程,进行离线编程,实现机器人压装碗型塞系统仿真运行。仿真及实际应用结果表明:仿真压装过程中未出现设备干涉点,设备安装满足实际场地要求,生产节拍为36 s/件,满足生产要求。 In order to improve the pressing efficiency and quality of the cylinder head bowl plug,the robotic pressing technology instead of traditional special machine is studied.Computer virtual simulation technology is employed,and the necessary equipment such as fixture and accessories for robotic pressing bowl plug are designed.According to the actual situation of the production line,the overall layout of the robotic pressing bowl plug process is designed.The detailed process of robotic pressing bowl plug is analyzed,and off-line programming is carried out to realize the simulation operation of robot pressing bowl plug system.The simulation results show that there is no equipment interference in press fitting process,which meets the requirement of installation,and the production beat is 36 s/piece,which meets the requirements of production.
