摘要
高校育人模式的创新与实践是提升高校研究生培养质量的关键。构建高校导学共同体育人模式回应了“落实以生为本,促进全面发展;坚守立德树人,回归教育初心”的时代召唤,是新时代实现“三全育人”,提升高校研究生培养质量的重要举措。以“三全育人”理念构建高校导学共同体育人模式应坚持“价值导向是根本,落实立德树人;能力培养是基础,坚持守正创新;人文关怀是关键,加强情感赋能;制度建设是保障,确保管理规范”的原则,落实协同育人机制、贯穿研究生培养全过程、丰富和完善育人载体,在教育教学实践中提升育人实效。
The innovation and practice of university education mode is the key to improve the quality of university graduate education.The education mode of constructing university guidance community responds to"implementing student-oriented,promoting all-round development,adhering to the moral education,returning to the original mind of education";it is an important measure to realize"three-in-one education"in the new era and improve the quality of graduate education in colleges and universities.To construct the educational model of guiding community in colleges and universities with the concept of"Educating Students with three Qualities",we should adhere to the principle of"value orientation is fundamental and moral cultivationis implemented;ability training is the foundation,innovation is adhered;humanistic care is the key to strengthen emotional empowerment;the principle of system construction is to guarantee and ensure the management standard,implement the mechanism of collaborative education,run through the whole process of postgraduate training,enrich and improve the carrier of education,and improve the effectiveness of education in education and teaching practice.
